How can I book my hotel or hotel rooms?
You can book all hotels online with us and state your individual wishes. Your booking request will be processed directly by an employee of our hotel service center.

When is my booking/reservation binding (fixed booking)?
Please note that upon conclusion of the hotel reservation or room reservation the general terms and conditions of the respective hotel, service provider, operator, provider or the respective hotel agency apply.
With your online booking you accept the hotel contract / room / accommodation contract of the service provider binding. OTELOO.com is the hotel room broker between you and the hotel or service provider.

How can I get my room and hotel booking confirmation?
All customers who make a hotel booking / room booking with us will receive a confirmation email immediately after the booking has been completed. Please keep it safe as it contains all the important information about your trip.

Can I cancel or change my hotel rooms later?
Transfers (eg Participants, Check-in / Check-out date, ...), Partial Cancellation (Partial Cancellation) and Cancellations (Full Cancellation) are subject to charges. The amount of the cancellation, partial cancellation or rebooking fees always depends on the reason and time of cancellation / partial cancellation / rebooking and on the hotel or service provider. Further information can be found in the respective hotel terms and conditions.
Our service center will gladly give you further information by e-mail. Let us inform you about the insurance options (travel cancellation insurance).

How do I receive my hotel documents or hotel vouchers (Hotel E-Voucher)?
The hotel bookkeeping differs depending on the hotel and the operator / organizer. Your hotel documents (confirmation, voucher, invoice forms, possibly fals booked insurance policy / collateral note, etc.) will be sent to you directly, by e-mail immediately and possibly within 1 week of the booking by mail. Some hoteliers, operators / organizers send you the documents directly from the hotel. The hotel vouchers / vouchers will be handed out to you immediately before arrival (before check-in).
For short-term bookings (Last Minute, ezt...), your travel documents of the respective hotel will be sent by e-mail. Upon presentation of your identity card at Chek-in, you can simply check in. You will be informed in good time about details of payment options and payment methods.

How can I pay my hotel room booking? How can I pay my hotel room booking?
Depending on the hotel, bank transfer (SWIFT), PayPal, credit card payment, MaestroCarte (EC-card) or cash at the check-out / departure at the reception are available. Mostly you pay by bank transfer or credit card directly to the airline or airline.
All prices are final prices including tax, tax, environmental fees, etc. except visa.

Are my personal details (credit card number, ...) safe?
All customer-relevant data is encrypted using the SSL method (Secure Sockets Layer). SSL encryption technology protects and encrypts your data. This connection enables a high level of security during data transmissions.

Do I need insurance/travel insurance?
We recommend the conclusion of a travel insurance. These should be booked at the same time as your hotel. For all bookings, you can take out insurance for on-return, luggage and travel insurance directly.


Booking and Booking Process!

Booking/Reservation
You can book all hotels or rooms directly with us. Your booking request will be processed directly by an employee of our service center with hotelier.
Our Booking-Center employees check all data and contact you directly in case of open questions. Afterwards you will immediately receive a confirmation email. Please check them immediately and in case of discrepancies contact us directly by e-mail with Service-Center. The hotel/room confirmation email must be kept safe as it contains all the important information in advance of your stay.

Payment
All prices are final prices incl. Tax, tax, environmental fees, etc. except Visa!
Depending on the hotel, hotel-operators are available to you until check-out/departure transfer (SEPA), direct debit, credit card or MaestroCard (EC card), cash at reception. You pay directly to the hotel or operator/hotel agency after invoicing by the hotel, operator or hotel agency.

Hotel Booking Documents
The hotel / room booking process varies by hotel. Your travel documents (hotel/room confirmation, hotel invoice forms, possibly fals with booked insurance certificate, etc.) will be sent to you immediately after reservation/booking completion by e-mail or post. Some hotels send you the hotel documents directly by e-mail. The vouchers (hotel voucher) will be handed out to you prior to departure (in the form of an e-voucher / e-voucher as an e-mail).

Hotel Room Contract
Please note that when booking the room, the terms and conditions of each hotel or hotel operator apply. You are explicitly referred to the respective, valid general business conditions prior to the booking/reservation or fixed booking and you must explicitly accept the same.
With your reservation you accept the hotel room contract of the service provider/hotel binding. OTELOO.com is the hotel agent between you and the hotel and hotel operator.

Hotel rooms Cancellation

The amount of the cancellation or rebooking fees always depends on the reason and time of cancellation/rebooking and after the hotel.
